You must be at least 18 years old to create a KurdSelect account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to misrepresent your identity, harass other members, post misleading or inappropriate content, or use KurdSelect for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

KurdSelect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KurdSelect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KurdSelect after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
